Where TeamViewer is ahead
Works with Windows, Mac and Linux computers, and with phones through add-ons. Volero controls Macs only.
Offers device monitoring, asset management and mobile device management as extras. Volero has none of these.
Has two-factor sign-in, and lists ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2 certification in its Trust Center. Volero holds no security certificates.
Includes an AI assistant, Tia, for session summaries and automations.
Where Volero is different
Viewer apps for Apple Watch and Apple Vision Pro. We did not find either on the public pages of TeamViewer.
Apple Pencil and trackpad mode on iPhone and iPad, for precise pointing.
No account to make. Volero connects your devices directly and runs no session server.
Our honest view
If you need one tool for support, device management and Windows, Mac and Linux, choose TeamViewer. If you only want to reach your own Macs from Apple devices, Volero is simpler.
